[R6RS] status report update

I've committed a new version of the status report reflecting the things
we discussed yesterday.  I plan to send it along to the steering committee
later today.  If any of you has a few minutes and the inclination, you
might check the new stuff, particularly Section 5 on mutability of pairs
and Section 4.1 on language structure.
