[R6RS] Core/library split

The composition of the r6rs-* libraries has become out of sync with the 
current composition of the core.  (The library-contents.* documents have 
gone through multiple updates without any updates to core-library.txt.) 
  I'll see if I can correct that today, after looking at these latest 
suggestions.
