I vote yes, of course.  As it's a pervasive change, I really need to
start working on this to meet the January 15 deadline and have some
time for review.  (I'm done with most other items on my plate.)  As,
assuming that Will also votes yes, a majority for the motion seems
likely, I'll start doing this on Monday, unless directed otherwise.
