Hmm.  All things being equal, I think lowercase everywhere for things 
like this would make sense.  However, I could see exceptions being made 
in some cases, for historical/backward compatibility reasons.  For 
example, allowing #T, #F, and e.g. 1E3 could make sense.  But I don't 
have any principled rationale for deciding that.  Perhaps make it all 
lowercase and wait for the squeals of protest?
