I was saying that even the first signs of the invaders'
partial withdrawal will be welcomed by dancing in the
streets.

This is related to our discussion of an unspecified topic.
People were appalled by aspects of the draft R6RS that had
no apparent purpose, and used a paper clip to express their
unhappiness with the draft's general tendency to specify
things that don't really need to be specified.

Will
