To all:  Please submit your votes by tomorrow (Tuesday) evening (let's say
11pm EDT).  Using a similar procedure to the omnibus vote list, you may
change your vote to "discuss" on Wednesday morning to force a discussion
and revote.  We'll take final votes for any items whose outcome isn't
clear during the teleconference.
