[R6RS] end game---getting really close

I have checked in two more votes.  I think the only
responses I don't yet approve are:

73  (see below)
75  (Will, Anton)

For #73, at this hour, I prefer

  3. be noncommittal and say that we will decide this issue before the
     next draft is released

For #75, one of my previous messages identified what
I believe to be a technical flaw in the response.
There may be other problems that I didn't spot, and
fixing the one problem I spotted might introduce new
problems.

I'll be heading home soon, and will be out of contact
for a few hours.

Will
