[R6RS] reflection now inspection in records.tex

The former "reflection" layer is now called the "inspection" layer, and
I also changed the name of the library holding the inspection procedures
to "r6rs records inspection".  I presume the change will be reflected
(no pun intended) automatically in index.tex, but I'm announcing this to
the list in case the change needs to be made elsewhere as well.
