part of the syntax and are not reserved, ..."

should be: 

"The names library, export, import, for, run, expand, meta, import,
export, only, except, rename,

and, or, not, >= and <= (inserted) 

appearing in the library syntax are part of the syntax and are not
reserved, ..."

RESPONSE:

This will be fixed in the next draft of the report.
